“I had the honor and pleasure of managing Helene Servillon in the role of Digital Marketing Content Assistant at PUMA. During Helene’s tenure, she became a vital part of the Interactive Marketing team both managing digital marketing content and social media content, as well as informally assisting other Category Marketing Managers (Running, Lifestyle, Football, Fitness, PUMA Timepieces, PUMA Bikes) with their digital marketing, content and social media needs. Additionally, Helene’s assisted with the E-Commerce and Product Marketing teams with inventory and database management. While at PUMA, the Interactive Marketing team experienced some major turnover. As a result, our team went down to two full time employees and one contractor. While most her age would have been put off by this, Helene was quite the opposite. She used her experience as Digital Marketing Content Assistant and the relationships she built with the Category and Regional Marketing Managers to keep projects and key initiatives moving. For a three-month period, Helene informally served as Global Content Manager with poise and grace that is well beyond her years. For me personally, having Helene on our team during this time period was extremely beneficial. Before her time ended with us in July, Helene was attending meeting with senior level management and agency partners on my behalf, reviewing RFPs and reporting on KPIs for digital brand initiatives. When PUMA updated our CMS platform, it was Helene who trained other PUMA colleagues from around the world on the new system. In a nutshell, she came on as an intern but assumed the role of her supervisor.
